DIAGONAL NECK STRETCH - 45 DEGREE

Stretch the neck and shoulder at a 45-degree angle for comprehensive upper neck release.

How to Perform

  1. Stand in shoulder-high water with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place your right hand on your right shoulder blade.
  3. Reach your left hand to the top of your head.
  4. Gently pull your head down and to the left at a 45-degree angle, away from your right shoulder.
  5. Hold for 20-30 seconds, feeling the stretch.
  6. Switch hand positions and repeat on the opposite side.
  7. Complete prescribed repetitions bilaterally.

Remember: Use gentle pressure from your hand. Keep pull smooth and controlled. Maintain neutral spine.
