AbilityFix uses a 5-level system to categorize exercises based on intensity, complexity, and required mobility:
- Ability Level 1 (~50 BPM): For those with significant challenges in balance, mobility, or strength. Exercises use slow, controlled movements with limited range and minimal complexity.
- Ability Level 2 (~60 BPM): For those who regularly face mobility or strength challenges but can manage some moderate movement. Exercises remain slow and light in intensity.
- Ability Level 3 (~76 BPM): For those with only occasional challenges who generally handle daily activities well. Exercises move at a brisk but manageable pace.
- Ability Level 4 (~100 BPM): For individuals with minimal mobility issues who are relatively fit. Exercises are fast-paced and more complex.
- Ability Level 5 (~132 BPM): For those who are fit and ready for vigorous, high-intensity exercise. Workouts push limits with powerful movements.
