Starr Nixdorf, ATRIC, is the Co-founder and Director at Paradise in Carson City, Nevada, starting in 2013. She is a co-creator of the Ability Fix fitness app. Her 30+ years in Fitness/Wellness include 17 years of Pilates Instructor work. She specializes in breaking down exercises into levels for each person, customizing exercises from Ai Chi to HIIT water aerobics, thus creating safe, appropriate, and effective workouts for everyone.
Susie Bargmann is an Aquatic Trainer at Paradise in Carson City, Nevada, starting in 2018. After a career with the State of Nevada State where she was instrumental in physical fitness testing and training, she has now transversed to teaching pool exercise classes, Aqua Yoga & AquaGym Circuit. Susie enjoys bringing high intensity sports aquatic training as well as restorative exercises to clients in the pool.

Arthritis requires that the joints be moved every day. It’s easy to move your joints in the weightless environment of the water, and the benefits can be felt all day.
By merely changing speed, position, or adding some equipment, you can adjust your workout intensity in a way that’s best for you.
