Exercise Guidelines

Flexibility exercises improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and support overall mobility. Perform these exercises when muscles are warm.

Recommended Parameters:

  • Frequency: 5-7 times per week
  • Duration: Hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds
  • Repetitions: 2-4 per stretch
  • Intensity: Gentle tension without pain
