Slideout Menu User Guide
Slideout menus are a common feature in mobile apps that provide
quick access to various sections and settings. In the Ability Fix app, the slideout menu is
designed to help you navigate through different features and manage your profile effectively.

Friends
- Shows the number of friends you have in the Ability Fix app.
- Tap on the "Friends" box to view your friends list.

Your Body Profile

- The Ability Levels section allows you to set your current ability level for workouts and
exercises.
- You can choose from levels 1 through 5, with 1 being the easiest and 5 being the most challenging.

About Your Body
- The "About Your Body" section allows you to track the number of days you've worked out and
the number of exercises you've done in the app.
- It also shows your current weight (inputted by you) and the Kcals burned during your workouts.
