The Workout or Exercise Libraries
The All and My Workouts as well as the All and My Exercises screen
feature is your gateway to a comprehensive library of aquatic exercises designed to enhance your
fitness journey. This guide will help you navigate the library, filter exercises, and manage
your personal exercise collection.

The Library Overview
- The libraries contains a wide range of aquatic exercises organized by categories such as
strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.
- You can access both public and personal exercises through the "All" libraries.

Filter Preferences
- Access the filter preferences by selecting the hamburger icon with sliders at the top of the
screen.
- You can filter exercises or workouts based on:
- Ability Level: Choose from levels 1 through 5. Selecting more than one shows each of those levels.
- Type: Select categories like Main, Cooldown, or Warmup types.
- Duration: Filter by duration to find the exercises that fit your schedule.
- Tap the "Apply" button to apply your filters and view the results.
- You can filter exercises or workouts based on:
- Ability Level: Choose from levels 1 through 5. Selecting more than one shows each of those levels.

Sorting Exercises
- You can sort exercises by various criteria to find what you need quickly.
- Tap the hamburger icon with up and down arrows at the top of the screen to access sorting options.
- Options may include sorting by name, by trainer, manually, or by duration.
- Choose your preferred sorting method to rearrange the exercise list.

Scheduling Exercises
- You can schedule exercises to create a personalized workout plan.
- Tap the "Schedule" button that looks like a calendar to open the scheduling interface.
- This view will how you your already scheduled upcoming workouts.
- to add another workout tap the "Make Schedule" button.
- When you see the list of workouts tap the green (i) icon and select the "Create Schedule" option at the bottom of the list.
- Tap yes to confirm you want to create a schedule from the selected workout.
- You will be asked to name your workout. Give it a custom name like "Morning Glory Wake Up Routine".
- Tap "Next" and pick a date for your workout routine.
- Now pick a time.
- Confirm your time and date and select whether this is a one off or recurring workout.
- If you select recurring you can choose how often it recurs - daily, weekly, monthly, alternating days, custom days or once a (whatever day you like).
- Tap "Next" to select how many weeks you want to schedule this workout for.
- Now you will be asked if you wish to get notifications for this workout. If you do, select how long before your workout you want to be notified.
- Now confirm your schedule by tapping "Save". If somethings not right tap "Edit".
- You should get a confirmation popup that your schedule has been created.
- You can view your scheduled workouts in the "My Schedule" icon at the top of the library as well as in the slideout under "Schedule".
- Tap the "Schedule" button that looks like a calendar to open the scheduling interface.

Viewing Library Entries
Each exercise or workout in the library has a detailed entry that includes:
- Thumbnail: The name of the exercise or workout.
- Creation Date: Tge day someone created the routine or exercise.
- Creator The person who created the content.
- Duration: How long the exercise typically takes.
- Ability Level: The selected ability level for the exercise.
- Demonstration Icon: The red play icon on top of the thumbnail.
- Details: The red greater than symbol to the right of the title.
- More Info: The circular green (i).
- Downloaded Icon: The grey downloaded words showing you've downloaded this workout for off line play.

Selecting Library Entries
- To select an exercise or workout, tap on the description.
- This will turn the text green indicating you have selected the workout(s).

Deleting Library Entries
- To delete an exercise or workout from your personal collection, swipe left on the entry.
- A delete button will appear allowing you to remove it from your collection.
- Note: This does not delete the original public exercise or workout from the library.

The Workout Details Page
- When you tap on the red greater than symbol (>) next to a workout title, you will be taken to
the Workout Details page.
- This page provides detailed information about the workout, including the exercises included, their order, and exercise description.
- To play th exercise instruction video tap the yellow (I>) icon over the thumbnail.
- You can also play the workout from this page by tapping the "Play All" button.
- If you want to download the workout for offline use, tap the download icon.
- If you want to add this workout to your personal collection, tap the pencil icon to edit the workout.
- If you want to share this workout with others, you'll need to go back to the library and tap the share icon.
