The Queue Your Personal Workout Management Tool

Personalizing our workouts is a key feature of the All Workouts library. You can create, save, and manage your own workout routines based on the exercises and workouts available in the libraries. The heart of this feature is the Queue, which allows you to build custom workouts by selecting exercises and workouts from the library.

Adding A Workout to the Queue

- To add and edit any workout in the queue, tap on the red greater than symbol (>) next to the workout title.
- This will open the workout details page where you can view the exercises included in the workout.
- You can change the order, add, or delete exercises by selecting the "Edit" icon (pencil).
- The alert will tell you that you can't change someone else's workout, or your own so you will need to create a new workout. If you want to do this select "Yes", if not select "No".
- If you select "Yes" you will be taken to the Queue. First you will need to select whether you want to add to existing items in the queue or replace them. If you select "Yes" you will be taken to the Queue where you can edit your selection and any existing exercises in the queue will be removed.
- If you select "No" your selection will be added to any existing exercises.

Creating Your Custom Workouts

- Once you have added a workout or exercises to the queue, you can create a custom workout by rearranging the exercises in the order you prefer.
- To rearrange exercises, tap and hold on an exercise in the queue and drag it to your desired position.
- You can delete exercises from the queue by swiping left on an exercise and tapping the delete button.
- To select the exercises tap on the description.
- to see the total time of the workout, look at the time indicator in the upper left corner of the queue.
- OncTap the "More Info" icon to see exercise details or remove it from the queue.
- Exercise details include:

-- Focus Area
-- Ability Level
-- Location
-- Depth
-- Equipment
-- Trainer
-- Restrictions
- Tap on the one you're interested in to see contents.
- Tap the hamburger+ icon to see the other workouts that contain this exercise.
- Play selected exercises by selecting them and tapping the play icon in the upper right corner.
- Search by tapping the magnifying icon.

The Queue Plus Menu

The Queue Plus Menu is accessed by tapping the green "Plus" icon on the lower part of the screen. Selections include:
- Clear Selected Clears all selections you made.
- Clear Queue Clears all exercises in the queue.
- Add New Exercises. This opens the library where you can select exercises to add to the queue.However, when you do this you will be asked if you want to keep the edits yu made to the queue. If you select "Yes" your edits will be saved and you can add new exercises to the queue. If you select "No" your edits will not be saved and you can add new exercises to the last saved queue.
- Change Ability Level. This allows you to change the ability level of the selected exercises in the queue. You can select from levels 1 through 5.
- Copy Set This allows you to copy a group of selected exercises to use over again.
- Create New Workout from Selected This allows you to create a new workout from the selected exercises in the queue.
- Create New Workout from Entire Queue This allows you to create a new workout from all exercises in the queue.
- Save Workout. This allows you to save the current queue as a new workout.

Adding Exercises to the Queue

- To add exercises to the queue, tap the green "Plus" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Add New Exercise(s)" from the menu.
- This will open a screen where you can browse or search for exercises and workouts.
- Tap on the "All Exercises" tab.
- You can search for specific exercises by scrolling through them.
- See the instructions by tapping the yellow I> icon.
- Play the actual exercise by tapping the red play icon.
- Discover more information by tapping the green "More Info" button.
- See other workouts that contain this exercise with the hamburger+ icon.
- Add the exercise to the queue by selecting it and tapping on the Queue+ icon in the upper right corner.
- Go to the queue by tapping the queue icon without the +.

Adding Workouts to the Queue

- To add complete workouts to the queue, tap the green "Plus" icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Add New Exercise(s)" from the menu.
- This will open a screen where you can browse or search for exercises and workouts.
- Tap on the "All Workouts" tab.
- You can search for specific workouts by scrolling through them.
- Play the workout audio by tapping the red play icon on the thumbnail.
- You cannot see the exercises they contain from this screen. To do that you'll need to add it to the queue.
- Discover more information by tapping the green "More Info" button.
- Add the entire workout to the queue by selecting it and tapping on the Queue+ icon in the upper right corner.
- Go to the queue by tapping the queue icon without the +.

Adding Workout Exercises to the Queue

- To add all exercises from a workout to the queue, first tap on the red greater than symbol (>) next to the workout title.
- This will open the Workout Details page where you can see all exercises included in that workout.
- Tap the "Edit" icon on the right of the screen.
- Tap "Yes" to acknowledge you are creating a new workout and not editing the existing one.
- Select whether you want to keep the existing exercises or start fresh.
- All the exercises from the workout are now in the queue.
- Manipulate them now as you wish.

Saving Your Custom Workouts

- Once you have arranged the exercises in the queue to your liking, tap the green "Plus" button.
- Select "Create New Workout From Selected" or "Create New Workout From Queue" depending on your edits.
- Name your workout, provide a description, and select the type of workout you created.
- Choose to make your workout public or keep it private.
- After saving, your custom workout will be available in the "My Workouts" section for easy access.

Public vs. Private Workouts

- Public workouts are visible to all users in the app and can be shared with the community.
- Private workouts are only accessible to you and will not be shared with others.
- You can choose to make a workout public or private when saving it from the queue.

Workout Types

- When creating a workout, you can select the type of workout you are making.
- Types include Main, Warmup, Cooldown.
-- Main Workouts These are complete workouts.
-- Warmups These should be reusable components that you can add at the beginning of a main workout.
-- Cooldowns These should be reusable components that you can add at the end of a main workout.
- This helps categorize your workouts for easier access and organization.
