Get 100% access to all features described throughout this website. In summary what you’re getting is a virtual aquatic fitness coach that adapts to your evolving fitness needs.
You can control your health, mobility, and pain level settings so the app can give you exercises that are suitable to you. Learn how to do each exercise with easy to follow instructional videos. Once you’ve learned how to do the exercises you can play the full workout by or in the pool on a bluetooth speaker, waterproof headset, or cast to a poolside screen. Your phone stays safely by the side of the pool.
All exercise audio is designed for you to be able to follow along without visual cues. All exercises are able to be done without specialized equipment, however, having some of the equipment shown in the more challenging versions of the exercises will be more effective.
Our Free Caregiver Plan
Includes all of the features that allow you to create and share workouts, or share exercises, WITHOUT the ability to play a full workout or cast to another device. (You can play the workout, but the exercises are limited to 45 seconds.) We want you to be able to create custom workouts for your clients, patients, friends, and family and save them as a public workout. You can share them directly with a link or have them find your public workout in the ‘All Workouts’ section of the app. If you are ‘Friends’ in the app, you’ll be able to see any statistics they care to share with you.
All plans include the ability to schedule your workouts, access a community of friends within the app, and participate in our forum to discuss all things water exercise and more.

Instructions
Video instructions make it easy to learn the proper techniques. Every exercise includes a 1-minute instructional video showing you every aspect you need to know to do it right.
All exercises have both audio and visual easy-to-understand guidance that are carefully worded to provide you clear cues throughout your workout.
You can even play any music background you like, while still listening to the audio portion.

Ability Fix works with any device, including laptops, tablets, cell phones, Smart TVs, casting, and Bluetooth devices.
A laptop set up near your pool will allow you to watch as well as listen.
A mobile device within 30 feet will allow you to listen to your workout via waterproof Bluetooth headset. Got a TV near your pool? - Cast from your cell phone.
Download your workout for uninterrupted viewing if wi-fi is slow or unavailable.
